Jade is interested in the technical and aesthetics of photography. He attempts to capture the reality of the moment and the feeling that that reality brings through the use of color and depth of field.
Went out shooting with Darnell tonight. Came away with some good shots. Tonight was more about experimenting and low-light shooting than anything else. We used my Mag-Lite and my flashgun to paint in light on some of the pillars. Exposures ranged from 2 seconds on to 2 minutes. Neutral density filters were being used on some shots.
A little bit from a project I was working on. Looking at interesting lines and the perspectives they help create as well as build the foundation of the image.
A little something for today. I love the foreground interest with the silhouette and the starburst effect here. I'm not sure about the hotspot above it, but here it is anyway.
